Beyond the services and time we offer for free, we ONLY bill you for work and services that you ask us to perform. We make every effort to stay efficient, and we will offer suggestions that may save you money.

No tricks. No gimmicks.

With Spot, there are no hidden costs around the corner. We don't upsell our clients, and there are no sneaky games here. We're building a name for ourselves, and we know that tricky business practices wouldn't spread very good word of mouth. Would it?

We keep you informed.

Log on to SpotRealty.com to access your account, and you'll see the status of your transaction, in real time. You'll also see a full accounting of any Spot expenses you've incurred (you won't be surprised by costs you didn't expect.)

There's no commitment. We won't rope you in.

Most real estate agents will require you to commit to them for a long period of time (3 to 12 months.) Not at Spot. With us, you can cancel at any time, for any reason.
