Information is collected when you open an account with us, and when you submit a Spot Listing Information Package. We require this information to process your listing. As part of the Spot Listing Information Package, we also require credit card information. As with other information you submit, this information will remain confidential.

Please note that information required to access the MLS database is shared with the MLS data service providers, such as MRIS. Spot Realty and MRIS have executed an agreement that provides for the continuing confidentiality of any shared data.

We may contact you by phone or email with regard to the services of Spot Realty. At any time, you may opt out of future emails by clicking on a link within the email.

As part of your registration, you are issued a login name and password - you are encouraged not to share that password with anyone.

Spot Realty will use IP addresses to analyze site traffic and track movement throughout the site. This data is not linked to personally identifiable information.
