Under this program, Spot Realty will list your home in the MLS, install an attractive, high-visibility yard sign, provide a Realtor lockbox, list your home on leading Internet sites, and will provide 3 hours of professional advice and representation. Spot Realty was founded in 2007, and is headquartered in McLean, Virginia. Our firm was founded by a team of real estate industry veterans, and our investors include venture capital firms and individuals.
Bob Clark, the General Manager of Spot Realty, has held management roles in real estate brokerages and other service businesses for over a decade. In his real estate career, he has conducted over 500 real estate transactions, totaling over $170 million in volume.
